- 1 bag tortilla chips Flavored tortilla chips can be used for variety.
- 1 sour cream (optional) For serving.
- 1 chopped green onions (optional) For serving.
Method
Preparation
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a crockpot, layer the cooked beef, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Top with layers of tortilla chips and cheese.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Serve garnished with sour cream and chopped green onions, if desired.

Notes
