- 6 large large eggs

- 1 cup cooked ham, diced Use well-cooked ham for the best flavor.
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped (cooked or blanched) Blanched asparagus is recommended for better texture.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter For greasing the pan.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or quiche pan with olive oil or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese, ham, asparagus, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your crustless quiche warm or at room temperature!

Notes
