Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or quiche pan with olive oil or butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • Stir in the cheese, ham, asparagus, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
