- 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped Can experiment with other herbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best
- Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference
- Crackers or pita chips (optional) For serving alongside
Method
Preparation
- Slice the cucumber into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread or pipe a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Serve as is or with crackers or pita chips for a complete snack.

Notes
