Ingredients
Pasta and Mix-ins
- 8 oz pasta (fusilli or rotini)
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella), cubed
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Method
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, dill pickles, and cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
