- 1/2 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt or a dairy-free alternative.
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice Enhances the flavor of the dressing.
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped Optional, but adds a fresh, aromatic flavor.
- to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to your preference.
Method
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced dill pickles, and chopped red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, pickle juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
