Method
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cacao powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
