- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce Adjust with extra for stronger flavor if desired.
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers Optional, can add nutrition and flavor.
- 2 cups cooked rice or noodles For serving.
- Green onions Optional, for garnish.
Method
Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
- If using, add chopped bell peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the sauce.
Serving
- Serve hot over a bed of cooked rice or noodles.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes
