Ingredients
For the Chicken Patties
- 1 lb ground chicken Can substitute with turkey or beef.
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese Feel free to experiment with different kinds of cheese.
- 1/4 cup hot sauce Adjust according to heat preference.

- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6-8 pieces buns Use your favorite type of buns.

Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if desired.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the buns by toasting them lightly if desired.
Serving
- Place the cooked chicken patties in the buns and add your favorite optional toppings.
