Ingredients
- 1½ lb chicken breast, cut 1–1.5 cm cubes
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1½–2 tbsp seasoning blend (taco, Cajun, or lemon-pepper)
- ¼ tsp fine salt, to taste (if needed)

Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F/200°C for 3 minutes.
- Pat chicken dry. Toss with oil, seasoning, and salt if needed.
- Arrange in a single layer. Air-fry 8–10 minutes, shaking at 5 minutes, until 165°F and lightly browned.
- Rest 2 minutes. Serve as is or toss with lemon juice or a light sauce.
