Ingredients

  • lb chicken breast, cut 1–1.5 cm cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1½–2 tbsp seasoning blend (taco, Cajun, or lemon-pepper)
  • ¼ tsp fine salt, to taste (if needed)

  • mixing bowl
  • tongs
  • perforated parchment liner (air-fryer safe)
  • Instant-read thermometer

Method

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F/200°C for 3 minutes.
  • Pat chicken dry. Toss with oil, seasoning, and salt if needed.
  • Arrange in a single layer. Air-fry 8–10 minutes, shaking at 5 minutes, until 165°F and lightly browned.
  • Rest 2 minutes. Serve as is or toss with lemon juice or a light sauce.

Notes
