- 1 large large egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Use fresh mozzarella for best flavor.
- ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese Grated parmesan can also be used.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Italian seasoning to taste Feel free to substitute with other herbs.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the egg, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet to your preferred thickness.
- Place in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes until it turns golden brown and crispy.

Notes
