Ingredients

Bread Base

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls

Butter Mixture

  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened) Make sure the butter is softened for easy mixing.
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)

Cheese Topping

  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded) You can use a mix of different cheeses for a unique taste.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each half.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
