Ingredients
Bread Base
- 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls
Butter Mixture
- 1/2 cup Butter (softened) Make sure the butter is softened for easy mixing.
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
Cheese Topping
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded) You can use a mix of different cheeses for a unique taste.
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each half.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
