  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup croutons Keep separate until ready to serve to maintain crunch.

Method

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Toss well to coat all ingredients.
  • Gently fold in the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.

Notes
