- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Feel free to experiment with different dressings.
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Top each serving with extra Parmesan for added flavor.
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup croutons Keep separate until ready to serve to maintain crunch.

Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Toss well to coat all ingredients.
- Gently fold in the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in some Caesar dressing before cooking. You can use any pasta shape you like; rotini and bowtie work beautifully. Add cherry tomatoes or bell peppers for more color.
