- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Method
Preparation
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the crock pot using two forks and stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
Serving
- Serve on toasted buns, over rice, or in a salad.
