Method
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Slice the red onions into 1/2 inch thick rings.
- Brush both sides of the onion rings with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the onions for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are tender and have grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and serve as desired.
