Method
Preparation
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds; cook until they start to pop.
- Add the chopped onion and green chilies, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the turmeric powder and cabbage; season with salt.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
