- 1 cup cottage cheese Use full-fat for a richer flavor.
- 1 cup almond flour This keeps the bread low-carb.
- 2 eggs eggs Large eggs are recommended.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- to taste Pepper
- optional garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning Customize with your favorite herbs and spices.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper, along with any optional herbs. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture into a circle or rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick, on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until edges are golden and center is set.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, let cool, and slice into wedges or squares.
- Serve warm with dips, toppings, or as a wrap.
