  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Feel free to adjust for sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional to replace with carob chips.
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed This ingredient is optional.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls or press them into a lined baking dish.
