  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips Use vegan chocolate for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil Helps to melt the chocolate smoothly.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Line a muffin tin with 12 liners. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into each liner, filling them about 3/4 full.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave or a double boiler.
  • Spoon the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture in each liner, covering it completely.
  • Chill the protein cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm.
  • Remove the liners and enjoy!
