Ingredients

For the crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or almond flour Use almond flour for a gluten-free option.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

For the cheesecake filling

  • 1 cup protein powder Any flavor of protein powder can be used.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Ensure it's at room temperature for easier blending.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetener to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For serving

  • Fresh berries
  • Dark chocolate chips For topping.

Method

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers (or almond flour) with melted butter and press into the bottom of small jars or cups to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, blend the protein powder, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • Layer the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar.
  • Refrigerate the jars for at least an hour to set.

Serving

  • Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries and dark chocolate chips.
