- 2 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 8 oz egg noodles or any pasta of choice
- 4 tablespoons butter divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Fresh parsley, chopped optional for garnish
Method
Cooking Chicken
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking Noodles
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.
Combining and Serving
- Slice the chicken and return it to the pan, mixing everything together.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
Make sure to not overcrowd the skillet when cooking the chicken. You can add vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrition and color. For spice, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic.
