- 1 box (6 oz) sugar-free gelatin (any flavor you like) Choose your favorite flavor.
- 2 cups boiling water Essential for dissolving the gelatin.
- 1 cup cold water Can be substituted with brewed herbal tea.

- a few drops lemon juice For added zing.
Method
Preparation
- Grab a heat-safe bowl and pour the sugar-free gelatin powder into it.
- Carefully pour the 2 cups of boiling water over the powder. Stir well with a spoon or whisk for about two minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add the 1 cup of cold water to the mixture. If using, incorporate a few drops of lemon juice or brewed herbal tea. Mix everything until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a glass container or individual serving cups for easy grab-and-go snacks.
- Place the container in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until fully set and firm.
Serving
- Serve these gelatin snacks chilled, cut into squares or in individual cups. Enjoy them plain or topped with whipped cream.
