  • 2 cups boiling water Essential for dissolving the gelatin.
  • 1 cup cold water Can be substituted with brewed herbal tea.

  • a few drops lemon juice For added zing.

Method

Preparation

  • Grab a heat-safe bowl and pour the sugar-free gelatin powder into it.
  • Carefully pour the 2 cups of boiling water over the powder. Stir well with a spoon or whisk for about two minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Add the 1 cup of cold water to the mixture. If using, incorporate a few drops of lemon juice or brewed herbal tea. Mix everything until well combined.

  • Place the container in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until fully set and firm.
