- 1 cup Frozen Corn
Method
Preparation
- Pour your salsa into the crockpot first.
- Add the chicken, taco seasoning, black beans, and corn.
- Stir everything together, ensuring there's sauce underneath the chicken to prevent sticking.
Cooking
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with a fork and serve.
