  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Frozen chicken can be used; adjust cooking time.
  • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning Store-bought or homemade can be used.
  • 8 ounces Salsa
  • 15 ounces Black Beans (Rinsed and drained) Can substitute with pinto beans.
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn

Method

Preparation

  • Pour your salsa into the crockpot first.
  • Add the chicken, taco seasoning, black beans, and corn.
  • Stir everything together, ensuring there's sauce underneath the chicken to prevent sticking.

Cooking

  • Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
  • Once done, shred the chicken with a fork and serve.
