- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1 cup chia seeds

- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew) Choose your preferred nut butter.
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) Can be substituted with seeds.
Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine flax seeds, chia seeds, and rolled oats.
- Add nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy as a quick snack on the go!
