Ingredients
- Individual low FODMAP ingredients in bowls before mixing
- 10 almonds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries unsweetened
- 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp puffed rice
- Pinch of cinnamon optional
Method
- 1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl.
- 2. Mix well until evenly combined.
- 3. Portion into small jars or bags.
- 4. Store in cool, dry place or refrigerate.
