Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Baking
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Spoon the peach mixture over the batter; do not stir.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Serving
