Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango or cherries
- 1 cup plain or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
- Granola nuts, or seeds for topping
Method
- 1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl or jar.
- 2. Add frozen fruit directly on top.
- 3. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to thaw slightly.
- 4. Stir gently to blend fruit and yogurt.
- 5. Top with granola, nuts, or other toppings and serve.
