Ingredients
- All you need to make your own frozen fruit ice pops
- 2 cups mixed frozen fruit mango, strawberries, blueberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice or coconut water
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 1/2 banana optional, for creaminess
Method
- 1. Thaw frozen fruit slightly so it blends easily.
- 2. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
- 3. Strain if needed for smoother texture.
- 4. Pour into popsicle molds and tap to remove air.
- 5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- 6. Run molds under warm water to release and enjoy!

Notes
