Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups frozen fruit e.g., berries, mango, or banana
- ¾ cup milk almond, oat, or dairy
- 1 tbsp nut butter optional
- ½ banana or ¼ avocado for extra creaminess
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax optional
Method
- 1. Add the frozen fruit and milk to a blender.
- 2. Blend until mostly smooth.
- 3. Add nut butter, banana, or avocado.
- 4. Blend again until creamy.
- 5. Add vanilla and seeds if using, and pulse once more.
- 6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
