Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen fruit e.g., berries, mango, or banana
  • ¾ cup milk almond, oat, or dairy
  • 1 tbsp nut butter optional
  • ½ banana or ¼ avocado for extra creaminess
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax optional

Method

  • 1. Add the frozen fruit and milk to a blender.
  • 2. Blend until mostly smooth.
  • 3. Add nut butter, banana, or avocado.
  • 4. Blend again until creamy.
