Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use full-fat for a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) You can use frozen berries, but they may affect the texture.
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Can substitute with white chocolate or omit.
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Add for sweetness; adjust to taste.

Method

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using) and mix well.
  • Fold in the fresh berries gently to avoid breaking them.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making clusters.

Adding Chocolate

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.

Freezing

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the clusters are firm.
  • Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
