Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt Use full-fat for a creamier texture.
- 1 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) You can use frozen berries, but they may affect the texture.
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Can substitute with white chocolate or omit.
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Add for sweetness; adjust to taste.
Method
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using) and mix well.
- Fold in the fresh berries gently to avoid breaking them.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making clusters.
Adding Chocolate
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
Freezing
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the clusters are firm.
- Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
