Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- 1. Blend mangoes, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together cream and milk.
- 3. Combine mango puree with dairy mix.
- 4. Pour into ice cream maker and churn for 20–25 minutes.
- 5. Freeze in a container for 4 hours before serving.
