  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets Skinless preferred
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced or chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted, can adjust based on preference
  • to taste Salt For seasoning the proteins
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning the proteins
  • 1 whole Lemon Juice to be used
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • For the chicken, season the breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté briefly.
  • Pour the garlic butter over the chicken and place in the oven.
  • For the salmon, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Bake salmon in the same oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve the chicken and salmon garnished with fresh parsley.
