Method
Preparation and Cooking
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- For the chicken, season the breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté briefly.
- Pour the garlic butter over the chicken and place in the oven.
- For the salmon, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Bake salmon in the same oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve the chicken and salmon garnished with fresh parsley.
