Method

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm through.
  • Serve hot, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.
