  • 2 pieces pork chops Use boneless or bone-in as preferred
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted butter recommended
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method

Preparation

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Baste the chops with the garlic butter while cooking.

Serving

  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes
