Method
Preparation
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Cooking
- Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Baste the chops with the garlic butter while cooking.
Serving
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes
