Method
Cooking
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
