Method
Preparation
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
- Lightly coat the steaks with olive oil.
Cooking
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
- While the steaks are grilling, prepare the garlic-herb butter by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and thyme in a bowl.
