Ingredients
For the Filling
- 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust garlic according to your taste.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Melt with beef for a cheesy filling.
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.

For the Bombs
- 1 can biscuit dough Pillsbury or similar brands work well.
- varies Dipping sauces of choice Ketchup, ranch, BBQ, etc., as preferred.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Take one biscuit and flatten it. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and fold the dough over to seal it.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Storage
- Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- To reheat, simply place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until warmed through.
