Method
Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
- Serve over pasta, with roasted potatoes, or alongside vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
