Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Add the chicken breasts and potatoes to the bowl, tossing to coat everything evenly.
- Arrange the chicken and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
