- 4 pieces cod fillets
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup plain panko bread crumbs

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, lemon zest, and olive oil.
- Press the mixture firmly onto the cod fillets, covering them well.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cod is flaky and the crust is golden brown.

Notes
