Method
Preparation
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Cooking
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
