Ingredients

For the Wedges

  • 4 large large potatoes Choose firm potatoes for best results.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with cheddar for a different flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.
  • Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Baking
