Dumplings

Method
Preparation
- In a large pot, boil water and add a pinch of salt.
- In a bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs, and salt to form a smooth dough.
- Shape the dough into small dumplings.
Cooking
- Drop the dumplings into boiling water and cook until they float to the top, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add chopped onions and cabbage, and sauté until tender.
- Drain the dumplings and mix them into the sautéed cabbage.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
