Ingredients
- Green grapes
- Strawberries
- Bananas or honeydew cubes
- Large marshmallows
- Mini chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
- White yogurt or melted white chocolate (optional)
- Lemon juice
- Wooden skewers
Equipment
- Cutting board and knife
- Small piping bag or toothpick For making eyes
- Bowls
- Paper towels
- Serving platter
Method
- Rinse and pat dry fruit. If using bananas, slice and brush with lemon juice.
- Dot chocolate chips or melted chocolate onto marshmallows for eyes and mouth. Let dry until set.
- Thread grapes, strawberries, banana, then marshmallow ghost on skewers. Repeat for 12 skewers.
- Optionally drizzle with yogurt or white chocolate. Chill 10 minutes to set.
- Arrange skewers on a platter and serve fresh.

Notes
