Ingredients

  • Green grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas or honeydew cubes
  • Large marshmallows
  • Mini chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
  • White yogurt or melted white chocolate (optional)
  • Lemon juice
  • Wooden skewers

  • Small piping bag or toothpick For making eyes
  • Bowls
  • Paper towels

Method

  • Rinse and pat dry fruit. If using bananas, slice and brush with lemon juice.
  • Dot chocolate chips or melted chocolate onto marshmallows for eyes and mouth. Let dry until set.
  • Thread grapes, strawberries, banana, then marshmallow ghost on skewers. Repeat for 12 skewers.
  • Optionally drizzle with yogurt or white chocolate. Chill 10 minutes to set.
  • Arrange skewers on a platter and serve fresh.
