Ingredients
- 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar, plus more to taste
- 2 Tbsp (25 g) light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) unsulfured molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp allspice
- ⅛ tsp clove
- ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks (or 1½ cups whipped topping)
- ¼ cup mini white chocolate chips or toffee bits (optional)
- Dippers: gingersnaps, graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, strawberries

Method
- Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, molasses, vanilla, salt, and all spices. Beat until fully incorporated and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until the dip is light and silky. Adjust sweetness or spice if desired.
- Fold in optional mix-ins such as white chocolate chips or toffee bits for added texture.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving. Garnish and serve with gingersnaps, fruit, or pretzels.
