  • ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar, plus more to taste
  • 2 Tbsp (25 g) light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) unsulfured molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg
  • tsp allspice
  • tsp clove
  • ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks (or 1½ cups whipped topping)
  • ¼ cup mini white chocolate chips or toffee bits (optional)
  • Dippers: gingersnaps, graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, strawberries

Method

  • Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
