Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
- Stir in oats, baking soda, chocolate chips, and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
