Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel.
- Place the shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
