Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel.
  • Place the shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
