Method
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the flour and boiling water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Brush the surface of each circle with oil. Sprinkle salt and green onions over it.
- Roll the circle up into a log and coil it into a round shape.
- Gently flatten each round with your hands.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry each cake until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serving
- Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
- Pair with a dipping sauce like soy sauce, chili oil, or vinegar.
