Ingredients

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour For the dough
  • 3/4 cup boiling water Must be boiling for best results

Filling Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped Adjust according to taste

  • as needed none Oil for frying Use enough oil for a crispy texture

Method

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the flour and boiling water. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.
  • Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
  • Brush the surface of each circle with oil. Sprinkle salt and green onions over it.
  • Roll the circle up into a log and coil it into a round shape.
  • Gently flatten each round with your hands.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Fry each cake until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Serving

  • Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
  • Pair with a dipping sauce like soy sauce, chili oil, or vinegar.
