- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1 tablespoon butter or cooking spray

Method
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or spray with cooking spray.
- Place a tortilla on the skillet and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on one half.
- If desired, add any optional cooked meats or vegetables on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half over the filling and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese has started to melt.
- Carefully flip the burrito and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot with salsa or your favorite dipping sauce.
