  • 1 lb flank steak Choose flank steak for great flavor and tenderness.
  • 2 pieces bell peppers, sliced Use different colors for a vibrant presentation.
  • 1 piece onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortillas for serving Flour or corn tortillas can be used.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the sliced steak, bell peppers, and onions with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Grilling

  • Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  • Grill the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until charred and tender.
  • Remove everything from the grill and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain.

Serving

  • Serve the steak and grilled vegetables on warm tortillas with optional toppings.
