Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cucumbers Chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper Chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Chopped finely
  • 1 clove Garlic Crushed
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Pickle Brine Adjust based on taste preference

  • Dash Garlic salt
  • Dash Pepper

Method

Preparation

  • Chop the cucumbers, pickles, red bell pepper, and red onion into very fine pieces, ensuring they are all around the same size.
  • Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the crushed garlic clove, garlic salt, pepper, and the pickle brine to the bowl. Adjust the amount of pickle brine based on your taste preference.
  • Stir everything together until well mixed.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
