- 1 cup Cucumbers Chopped finely
- 1/2 cup Pickles Chopped finely
- 1/4 cup Red bell pepper Chopped finely
- 1/4 cup Red onion Chopped finely
- 1 clove Garlic Crushed
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Pickle Brine Adjust based on taste preference

- Dash Pepper
Method
Preparation
- Chop the cucumbers, pickles, red bell pepper, and red onion into very fine pieces, ensuring they are all around the same size.
- Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the crushed garlic clove, garlic salt, pepper, and the pickle brine to the bowl. Adjust the amount of pickle brine based on your taste preference.
- Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
